Zusammenfassung: | The regeneration technique of diatomite filter-aid includes the following steps: using waste filter residue as main material; adding auxiliary material according to a certain proportion; uniformly mixing them; feeding them into drying stage of reaction calcining furnace successively to remove water content; oxidizing and carbonizing organic material in thermal decomposition stage; completely oxidizing in high-temp. oxidizing stage; sintering in fluxing calcination stage; discharging from furnace, breaking and sorting, and regulating grain size; making the material in the furnace backflow withhot air. The recovery rate of diatomite filter-aid is 90%, and the utilization rate of diatomite is raised by above eight times. It can save resource, and can reduce pollution, and is applicable to waste filter residue containing diatomite, organic material, fungi and carbon, etc. as regeneration material. |
