Halogen tungsten lamp press-sealing process without exhaust port

The present invention relates to technology of electric light source. During the press-sealing, solid circulating agent is first filled into cleaned quartz ampoule and adhered onto the wall of lamp tube; and the two ends of the lamp tube are then press-sealed separately by means of the control of one lamp tube protecting hood. Unlike available sealing process, which is complicated and has the exhaust port welding and cutting steps, the said process completes degassing, gas filling and filament press-sealing in one single step and is simplified, high in production efficiency and low in productcost. The lamp tube without mark of cut exhaust port is more beautiful.
