The present invention consists of magnetic film microstrip, conductor film microstrips connected to the ends of the magnetic film microstrip, dielectric layer, earthing conductive plate and dielectric substrate. The present invention has high sensitivity at high frequency, wide frequency band and low magnetic field strength, small volume and low cost, and it may be widely used in the measurement of sensor, communication modulator, filter, amplifier, frequency mixer, inductor, etc.
