Process for producing liquid paraffin from isopropanol-free urea

The production process of fluid wax by using isopropanol-free urea is characterized by that removing isopropanol, using petroleum solvent, urea solution and raw material oil and adding all them into U-shaped horizontal reactor (by reference to patent No.94239951.X), diluting, adding additive (by reference to patent No.94114074.1), initiating and speeding the reaction of urea with wax to form cocrystal adduct, then transfering all materials into washer (identical to reactor) to effectively wash the adduct, then filtering and separating liquid from solid by means of filter, feeding the solid into thermal decomposer to obtain fluid wax product and urea liquor (can be continuously used for production), and feeding the filtrate into distillating still to recover petroleum solvent and obtain residual dewaxed oil product.
