Method and device for controlling cursor capable of rotating clockwise or counter clockwise

A method and device which can turn cursor left or right features thax X- and Y- axis slide rods arranged between the top cover and bottom of mouse are used as movable raster pieces of X and Y axises,which can be turned by proper angle relative to the base bottom. When the top cover of mouse is moved or turned, the movable raster pieces are synchronously moved or turned. With the cooperation of LED, photoelectric cell, fixed raster piece and control circuit, the cursor can be controlled in very small moving area on computer screen.
