Zusammenfassung:	A toughened polyacetal resin composition, and a process for making same, is provided by mixing a polyacetal masterbatch component, prepared from polyacetal and a relatively large amount of polyurethane, with a polyacetal dilution component so as to generate a blended composition in which the content of the thermoplastic polyurethane is about 1 to about 15 wt % of the total weight of the blended composition.
