The plurality of split plates constituting the first split plate group include: a first split plate; and a second dividing plate which is arranged at a position close to one side end part of the sealing ring holding ring in the circumferential direction relative to the first dividing plate and is adjacent to the first dividing plate in the circumferential direction.
