The invention relates to the technical field of wastewater recovery, and discloses a saccharin sodium wastewater recovery treatment method which comprises the following steps: injecting wastewater into a sedimentation tank for large-particle sedimentation, and then filtering particle floating objects in the wastewater by using filtering equipment; the wastewater is purified through a neutralization method, an oxidation method and a flocculation method in sequence; organic matters in the wastewater are degraded by using microorganism-containing active sludge in a bioreactor, and high-sugar components in the wastewater are degraded by using anaerobic bacteria; and carrying out secondary precipitation on the treated wastewater. According to the invention, by monitoring the concentration of saccharin sodium, the total amount of bacteria and the conductivity in the wastewater subjected to secondary precipitation, whether the liquid of the saccharin sodium wastewater subjected to secondary precipitation meets the r
