The method comprises the following steps: acquiring first voltage information of each single battery in a cold start process of a galvanic pile; according to the first voltage information of each single battery, detecting the distribution condition and the safety condition of the stack voltage in the cold start process of the stack; and if the distribution condition represents that the voltage of the galvanic pile is uniformly distributed and the safety condition represents that the voltage of the galvanic pile meets a preset safety condition, reducing the rotating speed of the circulating pump to enable the rotating speed of the circulating pump to run at a first preset value until the cold start of the galvanic pile is completed. The rotating speed of the circulating pump is adjusted in time according to the distribution condition and the safety condition of the voltage of the electric pi
