Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure relates to a method for differentially detecting two biomarkers having cross reactivity in a biological sample. The method comprises: providing two sensor units having specificity for the two biomarkers, respectively; obtaining the binding affinity of a series of the two biomarkers with known concentrations to the sensor units respectively; contacting the biological sample with the two sensor units to generate two signals; and calculating the concentrations of the two biomarkers in the biological sample using the two signals and the binding affinity. 本揭示关于一种区分检测生物样本中具有交叉反应性之两种生物标记物的方法。该方法包含:提供分别对该两种生物标记物具有特异性之两个传感器单元;获得一系列已知浓度之该两种生物标记物分别对该等传感器单元的结合亲和力;使该生物样本与该两个传感器单元接触以产生两个信号;及利用该两个信号及该等结合亲和力计算该生物样本中该两种生物标记物之浓度。
