Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an application of 9LOX protein and a coding gene thereof in regulation and control of wheat disease resistance. According to the application disclosed by the invention, firstly, the stripe rust resistance of 9LOX-4a and 9LOX-4b mutant materials, a 9LOX-4a4b double mutant material and a wild type Kronos material is analyzed to find that 9LOX can regulate and control the stripe rust resistance of wheat. Further, overexpression of 9LOX in a wild type Kronos material finds that overexpression of 9LOX can reduce the resistance of wheat to stripe rust.
