Zusammenfassung: | The present application relates to a method for manufacturing an RFeB-based magnet, and to an alloy for a grain boundary diffusion process, the method comprising: a base material preparation step of preparing a base material made of a sintered body of an RFeB-based alloy or a thermally deformed body of an RFeB-based alloy; a deposit preparation step of preparing a deposit containing an RHdCu alloy containing Cu and a heavy rare earth element RHd to be diffused and having a Cu content of from 20% by mass to 40% by mass (inclusive); an attachment step for attaching the attachment material to the surface of the base material; and a heating step: heating the substrate attached with the attachment to a predetermined temperature at which the heavy rare earth element RHd to be diffused is diffused into the substrate through the grain boundary of the substrate.
