Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a micro-fluidic device for rapidly detecting bacteria through gradient diffusion as well as a preparation method and application of the micro-fluidic device. Gradient diffusion, rapid enrichment and detection of pseudomonas aeruginosa are realized through a core component beta-D galactose monomer/chitosan composite film in the microfluidic device. The beta-D galactose monomer/chitosan composite film has strong adhesion and can be used for quickly enriching bacteria and enhancing the detection capability of the bacteria, and the beta-D galactose monomer has specific adsorption capability on pseudomonas aeruginosa, so that the specific detection of the bacteria can be realized; the chitosan and the grafted beta-D galactose monomer can cooperate with each other, so that the bacteria are rapidly enriched due to strong adhesion, the bacteria form a gradient diffusion effect on the membrane, and the gradient diffusion rapid detection function of the bacteria is further realized.
