Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of lithium ion batteries, in particular to an acrylonitrile water-based binder for a lithium ion battery and a preparation process, and aims to solve the problems that a traditional binder is easy to pollute the environment, insufficient in binding strength, poor in compatibility with an electrode material, poor in stability and poor in electrochemical performance, and the like. The application of the lithium ion battery in the lithium ion battery is limited; according to the acrylonitrile water-based binder for the lithium ion battery and the preparation process, the trifluoromethyl group, the quaternary ammonium group and the amide group are introduced, so that the binding power between the binder and an electrode material is improved, the mechanical strength and the stability of an electrode are enhanced, and the conductivity and the electrochemical performance of the electrode can also be improved; according to the present invention, the acrylonitrile aqueous binder is a
