The method mainly comprises the following steps: doping an aromatic ammonium salt phosphorescent compound into polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) so as to greatly improve the phosphorescent life and quantum yield, and further improving the phosphorescent life and quantum yield after adding cucurbituril [7] (CB [7]) or beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD). The method has the advantages that the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and the macrocycle (CB [7] or beta-CD) can be purchased commercially, the phosphorescent polymer is simple, convenient, efficient and universal to prepare and good in phosphorescence performance, the problem of large-scale preparation of phosphorescent materials can be solved, and the method has wide application prospects in the fields of photoelectric devices, information encryption, anti-counterfeiting and the like.
