Image processing apparatus and image processing system

The present disclosure pertains to an image processing device and an image processing system that enable 2D distribution, which can provide a sense of reality, to be implemented at low cost. The image processing apparatus includes: a 2D video generation unit that acquires, as virtual viewpoint information, imaging device position information relating to an imaging device that captures an image at a first position, and generates a 2D video in which the image is captured at a second position; a 3D model of the person created from an image captured at a second position different from the first position is viewed from a viewpoint of the camera device.
