The device comprises a multi-stage coated asphalt reactor, a multi-stage gas-liquid micromixer, a multi-stage pressure difference control valve, a multi-stage liquid level control valve, a coated asphalt stripping tower and a stripping tower bottom pump, the gas-liquid micro-mixer is used for mixing raw materials and air, the coated asphalt reactor is used for oxidation reaction, liquid flowing out of the top of the previous-stage reactor enters the bottom of the next-stage coated asphalt reactor from the next-stage gas-liquid micro-mixer under the control of the liquid level control valve, and the pressure difference control valve is used for controlling the pressure difference between the tops of the adjacent coated asphalt reactors.
