Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthesis method of 1-isopropyl-1H-pyrazole-4-boronic acid pinacol ester (compound 2), which comprises the following steps: by taking 5-(4, 4, 5, 5-tetramethyl-1, 3, 2-dioxaborolane-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole (compound 1) as an initial raw material, under the action of mixed alkali of N, N-diisopropylethylamine (DIPEA) and 1, 8-diazabicyclo [5.4. 0] undec-7-alkene (DBU), carrying out a reaction on the initial raw material to obtain the 1-isopropyl-1H-pyrazole-4-boronic acid pinacol ester (compound 2). The target compound, namely the 1-isopropyl-1H-pyrazole-4-boronic acid pinacol ester, is obtained through one-step conversion. According to the synthesis method, the compound 1-isopropyl-1H-pyrazole-4-boronic acid pinacol ester is prepared through short steps, simple and convenient operation, low cost and mild reaction conditions, and a proper route is provided for process synthesis of the 1-isopropyl-1H-pyrazole-4-boronic acid pinacol ester.
