Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a TAT-PEG-PLGA coated manganese-doped silicon dioxide drug-loaded nanoparticle. The TAT-PEG-PLGA is used for coating the surface of manganese-doped silicon dioxide; wherein TAT is a cell permeable peptide, PEG is polyethylene glycol, and PLGA is a polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer; the structure of the TAT-PEG-PLGA is that TAT is connected to PLGA through PEG (Polyethylene Glycol). Through modification of TAT-PEG-PLGA on the surfaces of the nanoparticles, the nanoparticles have relatively high cell uptake efficiency on various tumors, and have relatively high mechanical strength and drug release control capability.
