Height adjustment during supporting is conducted by shifting two supporting adjusting rods, the stability during overall installation is improved, the sealing partition plate is aligned to the interior of a fixing block, and a shifting clamping block is manually shifted till the sealing partition plate is subjected to limiting installation; the surveying instrument is provided with the heat dissipation and dust removal assembly, internal temperature change of the surveying instrument is monitored through a surveying electronic element, the heat dissipation and dust removal assembly is integrally position
