Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a valve interlocking device and a valve control method. The valve interlocking device comprises a first valve assembly and a second valve assembly, the first valve assembly comprises a first pneumatic valve and a first pneumatic control valve, and the first pneumatic valve and the first pneumatic control valve are both used for being connected with a first diaphragm valve; the second valve assembly comprises a second pneumatic valve and a second pneumatic control valve, and the second pneumatic valve and the second pneumatic control valve are both used for being connected with a second diaphragm valve; wherein the first pneumatic valve is connected with the second pneumatic valve, the first pneumatic valve is connected with the second pneumatic valve, and the first pneumatic valve is connected with the second pneumatic valve, so that valve interlocking of the first diaphragm valve and the second diaphragm valve is achieved.
