The invention provides a bearing cavity sealing and air entraining conversion device which comprises a shell assembly, a sealing assembly and an air entraining assembly. The shell assembly is provided with a first inlet used for conducting air entraining from a rear-stage air entraining opening of an air compressor, a second inlet used for conducting air entraining from a front-stage air entraining opening of the air compressor, a third inlet used for entraining air in the same source as the first air entraining opening and an outlet connected with a sealing cavity of an engine bearing cavity, and a valve cavity and a piston cavity are formed in the shell assembly.
