An object moving device comprises a moving base, a lifting rod assembly, a carrying table and a state adjusting driving assembly. The lifting rod assembly comprises a rod body vertically arranged on the movable base and a lifting piece capable of ascending and descending along the rod body. The carrying table comprises a base arranged on the lifting piece and a taking and placing arm arranged on the base in a longitudinal extending mode. The state adjusting driving assembly is connected to at least one of the base and the taking and placing arm and used for providing driving force for state changing of the carrying table, so that the base can transversely rotate relative to the lifting piece, the taking and placing arm can longitudinally rotate relative to the base, or the extending length of the taking and placing arm can be changed.
