Manufacturing process of drill jumbo boom

The invention provides a drill jumbo boom manufacturing process which comprises the working procedures of plate machining, part forming, boom riveting, preparation before welding, boom welding, inspection after welding, accessory mounting, transferring and warehousing and the like, and particularly comprises the steps that material preparation, discharging, groove preparation, grinding operation, accessory casting and rivet hole drilling are conducted on plates; the straightness and flatness of arm support riveting are checked, and cleaning before welding is conducted; welding at the joints of the plates, and inspecting the quality of welding seams after welding is completed; and accessories such as the top seat and the oil cylinder seat are welded on the arm frame, and the machined and inspected workpiece is put in storage. In the machining process of the drill jumbo boom, a core mold is used for fixing an inner cavity to guarantee the size precision, process ribs are arranged in the inner cavity of the boom
