The method for determining the filtering layer in the augmented reality equipment comprises the following steps: determining a reflection spectral bandwidth of a first filtering layer on an AR lens: adjusting an initial spectral bandwidth, and when the adjusted spectral bandwidth meets a preset transmissivity range, determining a current spectral bandwidth as a second spectral bandwidth; determining the transmission spectrum bandwidth of a second filtering layer in the optical machine; and determining the transmission spectrum bandwidth of the second filtering layer according to the second spectrum bandwidth. According to the invention, the problem of light leakage of augmented reality equipment in the prior art is solved.
