Zusammenfassung:A self-calibration current measurement device includes a low range current sensor configured to generate a first voltage signal, a high range current sensor configured to generate a second voltage signal, and a self-calibration current measurement circuit configured to receive the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal, the method includes receiving a first voltage signal and a second voltage signal, converting the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal to respective first and second digital signals, comparing the first digital signal to the second digital signal, determining, based on the comparison, that a difference between the first digital signal and the second digital signal exceeds a recalibration threshold, generating calibration data based on the determination, and outputting the calibration data.
