Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis based on a nanopore targeted sequencing technology, and relates to the technical field of microbiological identification. Mycobacterium tuberculosis genome DNA in a sample to be detected is used as a template, and a primer group designed aiming at a drug-resistant gene is used for PCR amplification; the obtained PCR amplification product is subjected to nanopore sequencing platform library building and sequencing, and whether the mycobacterium tuberculosis is resistant to drugs or not is predicted according to sequencing data; according to the invention, a nanopore sequencing platform and a multiplex PCR amplification technology are utilized to realize rapid detection of mycobacterium tuberculosis related drug-resistant genes and mutations, and the detection accuracy and efficiency are improved.
