The system comprises recombinant plasmids BAC-cm-PRV-EA, BAC-cm-PRV-BC and BAC-cm-PRV-FG which contain the whole genome of the pseudorabies virus Barra K61 vaccine strain, and a host cell for expressing the whole genome of the pseudorabies virus Barra K61 vaccine strain.
