The blood glucose monitor comprises a piezoelectric film layer, a flexible display panel and a detection control device, and the flexible display panel and the detection control device are arranged on the piezoelectric film layer in a stacked mode; the detection control device comprises a power supply module, a detection module and a control driving module. The power supply module is connected with the detection module, the control driving module and the flexible display panel and is configured to supply power to the detection module, the control driving module and the flexible display panel, and the detection module at least partially penetrates out of the piezoelectric film layer and is configured to collect a blood glucose sample and generate blood glucose concentration data; the control driving module is connected with the detection module and the flexible display panel and is configured to drive the flexible display panel to display the blood glucose concentration data; the piezoelectric film layer is co
