Comprising a data acquisition module, a data processing module, a parameter prediction module and an energy consumption calculation module, and the data processing module is used for performing feature extraction on acquired vibration signals and mill sound signals and constructing feature vectors; the parameter prediction module is used for constructing a neural network model and predicting the ore grinding concentration by inputting a vibration signal and a grinding sound signal which are acquired in real time; and the energy consumption calculation module is used for representing energy consumption change by using a polynomial regression model through the predicted ore grinding concentration, setting an alarm threshold value and carrying out on-line monitoring on the energy consumption change.
