Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides application of ALDH9A1 as a marker and/or a therapeutic target of liver cancer invasion and metastasis, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine. The invention provides an application of an ALDH9A1 gene or an ALDH9A1 protein as a marker or a therapeutic target of liver cancer invasion and metastasis. The metastasis and invasion ability of a primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line can be effectively inhibited by knocking down the expression quantity of the ALDH9A1 gene, and the metastasis and invasion of the HCC cell line can be promoted by promoting the expression of the ALDH9A1 gene or ALDH9A1 protein. Therefore, the ALDH9A1 gene or the ALDH9A1 protein is a key target for regulating and controlling the liver cancer invasion and metastasis performance, and development of liver cancer metastasis diagnostic reagents or therapeutic drugs can be realized by acting on the ALDH9A1 gene or the ALDH9A1 protein.
