Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-strength and low-heat-conductivity ceramic fiber cotton-based heat insulation tile and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following steps: mixing a high-temperature binder and soluble starch to obtain mixed powder, dispersing the mixed powder into absolute ethyl alcohol, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution; dispersing a dispersing agent into high-purity water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solvent; adding the mixed solution and ceramic fiber cotton into a solvent, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain mixed slurry; pouring the mixed slurry into a mold, and carrying out vacuum filtration to obtain a wet blank; and drying and sintering the wet blank to obtain the ceramic fiber cotton-based heat insulation tile.
