The invention provides a boron-containing polysilicate magnesium sulfate zinc inorganic composite flocculant, which comprises polysilicic acid, and boron, magnesium sulfate and zinc sulfate which are loaded in internal pore channels and on the surface of the polysilicic acid. The metal ions (magnesium ions and zinc ions) and the boron element are added to jointly increase the stability and the polymerization degree of the polysilicate flocculant, the stability effect of the polysilicate flocculant can be greatly improved after boron is added, and the flocculation effect can also be improved.
