Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a welding process parameter optimization method based on a genetic algorithm. The method comprises the steps that the value range of welding process parameters is determined according to the actual engineering component welding requirement; by means of an orthogonal test design method, the welding process parameters are subjected to multi-group welding parameter combination, and default values are selected for other welding parameters; welding simulation analysis is conducted on all the welding parameter combinations, and a welding simulation result is obtained; based on the welding simulation result, regression analysis modeling is conducted through origin, and a nonlinear regression equation expressing the relation between welding process parameters and welding deformation is obtained; the nonlinear regression equation is optimized based on a genetic algorithm, and an optimal welding simulation parameter combination is determined; and the optimal welding simulation parameter combinat
