Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a fatigue life prediction method and system for an additive manufacturing space curved surface component. Finite element software is used for calculating the stress concentration position of the space curved surface structure under the loading of a service load; designing a simulation piece reflecting stress concentration of the curved surface structure, and performing a fatigue life test on the simulation piece to obtain a main S-N curve of the curved surface structure based on the simulation piece; carrying out load spectrum input on the curved surface structure by utilizing finite element software and completing structural stress extraction to obtain equivalent structural stress; and predicting the fatigue life of the space structure under a certain loading condition according to the equivalent structure stress and the simulation part main S-N curve.
