Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a green low-carbon aluminum alloy strip for a spiral corrugated pipe and a manufacturing method. The green low-carbon aluminum alloy strip for the spiral corrugated pipe comprises, by mass, 0.03%-0.12% of silicon, 0.08%-0.20% of iron, 0.01%-0.05% of copper, 0.03%-0.12% of manganese, 2.0%-3.0% of magnesium, 0.15%-0.30% of chromium, 0.01%-0.08% of zinc, 0.01%-0.08% of titanium and the balance aluminum and inevitable impurities. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: taking recycled secondary aluminum, an aluminum intermediate alloy ingot, a magnesium ingot and a manganese agent as raw materials, and performing melting, casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, straightening and strip cutting to obtain the green low-carbon aluminum alloy strip for the spiral corrugated pipe. The green low-carbon aluminum alloy strip for the spiral corrugated pipe, which is obtained according to the manufacturing method, has high strength and good corrosion resistance and formability. |
