The preparation method comprises the following steps: loading nano-silver particles by using graphene oxide to obtain an antibacterial agent, modifying the surface of the antibacterial agent by using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to obtain a modified antibacterial agent, mixing diisocyanate, polyester polyol and hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane for reaction, and carrying out vacuum drying to obtain the nano-silver-modified polyurethane coating.
