The temperature-sensitive hydrogel can be used as a vaccine vector to prepare a canine parvovirus (CPV)-2c subtype virus-like particle temperature-sensitive gel vaccine. According to the invention, a CPV current epidemic virulent strain JSLYG-18 is used as a vaccine immune template, and the specificity is strong.
