Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses temperature-sensitive hydrogel, a canine parvovirus-like particle (CPV-2c) subtype virus-like particle temperature-sensitive gel vaccine as well as a preparation method and application of the canine parvovirus-like particle temperature-sensitive gel vaccine and relates to the field of vaccines. 2 to 5 percent of poloxamer P188; and 0.2%-0.5% of carboxymethyl cellulose HPMC. The temperature-sensitive hydrogel can be used as a vaccine vector to prepare a canine parvovirus (CPV)-2c subtype virus-like particle temperature-sensitive gel vaccine. According to the invention, a CPV current epidemic virulent strain JSLYG-18 is used as a vaccine immune template, and the specificity is strong. The prepared canine parvovirus-like particle temperature-sensitive gel vaccine is high in immunogenicity, long in immune effect lasting time, high in antibody titer and excellent in anti-CPV biological activity.
