Nitrile rubber condom and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention provides a method of manufacturing an elastomeric article, and the method comprises: immersing a mold in a first immersion tank containing a compounded nitrile rubber formulation to produce an elastomeric film layer on the mold, the compounded nitrile rubber formulation comprises a nitrile butadiene copolymer, a cross-linking agent, a metal oxide, a vulcanization accelerator, an antioxidant, an alkaline agent, and a heat sensitive agent, and then drying and curing the elastomeric film layer to form an elastomeric article. The heat sensitive agent may be an organopolysiloxane.
