The invention discloses a generating capacity prediction method and device, equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the total consumed electric quantity in a historical time period, the historical time period is composed of n sub historical time periods, n is a positive integer, and the total consumed electric quantity comprises the power grid side consumed electric quantity, the load side consumed electric quantity and the energy storage side consumed electric quantity; based on the total power consumption, determining a power generation capacity time sequence of a power generation side; the generating capacity time sequence comprises n sub-historical time periods and generating capacity corresponding to each sub-historical time period; inputting the generating capacity time sequence into a pre-trained generating capacity prediction model to obtain the generating capacity of the power generation side; wherein the generating capacity prediction model is a weighted combina
