Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a smelting process of an upper calender roll material for manufacturing photovoltaic glass by using 1Cr12NiWMoV steel as a material, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.10-0.20% of [C], 0.15-0.45% of [Si], 0.50-1.00% of [Mn], less than or equal to 0.025% of [P], less than or equal to 0.003% of [S], 0.40-1.00% of [Ni], 11.00-13.00% of [Cr], 0.30-1.00% of [Mo], 0.70-1.50% of [W], 0.10-0.40% of [V], less than or equal to 0.15% of [Cu] and the balance of Fe and trace residual elements.
