Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of vaccines, and relates to a multi-antigen epitope recombinant protein for encephalomyocarditis, and the multi-antigen epitope recombinant protein for encephalomyocarditis comprises eight B cell antigen epitopes and one signal peptide. The invention also provides application of the recombinant protein in preparation of encephalomyocarditis vaccines. According to the invention, the development of safe and effective vaccines is taken as a target, B cell epitopes of VP1, VP2 and VP3 of EMCV structural proteins are screened out, and recombinant epitope proteins with good hydrophilicity, strong antigenicity and high surface accessibility are constructed. Through immunizing a BALB/c mouse, it is found that the BALB/c mouse can be induced to generate a neutralizing antibody and Th1-dominated cellular immune response, and the mouse can be protected from attack of EMCV. The result shows that the MIgH-EMCV-II2D2 protein may be a potential candidate for developing a safe and
