The electrolyte layer (7) is disposed between the first electrode layer (5) and the second electrode layer (9). The unit cell main body section is disposed on a first main surface (41) of the metal plate (4). The first reinforcing part (6) is formed on the inner wall surface of the through hole (43) along the circumferential direction.
