The invention provides a roaming place identification method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the identification of a roaming place of a target user based on the fusion data of call ticket data and signaling data, and obtaining a preliminary identification result; identifying the boundary roaming base station according to the signaling data, and updating a boundary roaming base station table according to an identification result; identifying a boundary roaming track of a target user accessing the base station in the boundary roaming base station table, and excluding the boundary roaming track from the preliminary identification result to obtain a roaming identification result; and analyzing the roaming identification result to determine the roaming place of the target user. Compared with the prior art, the call ticket data and the signaling data are fused, so that the limitation caused by only using the call ticket data can be reduced, the
