Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a thin-film photovoltaic module and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of thin-film photovoltaic modules, and aims to solve the problems that a P1 groove of a thin-film photovoltaic module in the prior art is filled with organic photoresist and cannot tolerate the high temperature of 300-700 DEG C, so that the insulating property of the P1 laser groove is reduced, and the technological process and the technological temperature of the module are limited. The thin film photovoltaic module comprises a glass substrate, a transparent front electrode layer, a window layer and an absorption layer which are stacked in sequence. P1 is a laser groove; the P1 laser groove penetrates through the transparent front electrode layer, the window layer and the absorption layer; the P1 laser groove is filled with an inorganic nano material; and the melting point of the inorganic nano material is greater than 300 DEG C.
