Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a closed heat exchange liquid circulation system. The closed heat exchange liquid circulation system comprises a pumping assembly, a heating heat exchanger, a cooling heat exchanger, a fuel side heat exchanger, a buffer tank and a valve assembly which are connected in series to form a closed loop. The pumping assembly is used for making heat exchange liquid circularly flow in the loop and sequentially flow through the heating heat exchanger, the cooling heat exchanger and the fuel side heat exchanger, the heating heat exchanger is used for heating the heat exchange liquid in the loop to a preset temperature, the cooling heat exchanger is started when the temperature of the heat exchange liquid exceeds the preset temperature, and the fuel side heat exchanger is used for conducting heat exchange on fuel. The buffer tank is used for containing heat exchange liquid with the volume changing due to thermal expansion and cold contraction, and the valve assembly is used for controlling on-off o
