Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an engine water temperature control method, device and equipment and a storage medium, relates to the technical field of vehicle control, and discloses an engine water temperature control method which comprises the steps that the vehicle running state is obtained; determining a water temperature control mode based on the vehicle running state; when the water temperature control mode is a shutdown mode, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to keep being connected with an engine cooling loop, the electromagnetic valve is disconnected from a motor cooling loop, and an engine thermostat is controlled to be at a preset opening degree; when the water temperature control mode is a driving control mode, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be connected with an engine cooling loop and disconnected from a motor cooling loop, and the opening degree of a first thermostat is determined based on the vehicle running state; and when the water temperature control mode is a preparation control
