The primer probe combination comprises an upstream primer F4, a downstream primer R1 and a probe P, the nucleotide sequence of the upstream primer F4 is as shown in SEQ ID NO.7; the nucleotide sequence of the downstream primer R1 is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 8; and the nucleotide sequence of the probe P is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 3. The primer probe combination can realize real-time fluorescence RAA detection of the circle virus human source type 1, and has the advantages of rapid operation, high sensitivity and strong specificity.
