Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms, and particularly relates to lactobacillus for producing indole derivatives and application of the lactobacillus. Experiments prove that the lactobacillus paracasei SFFI J85 and/or the lactobacillus fermentarius SFFI 12 provided by the invention not only can be used for producing indole derivatives through fermentation, but also can be used for effectively relieving colitis, and meanwhile, the lactobacillus paracasei SFFI J85 and/or the lactobacillus fermentarius SFFI 12 are combined with Trp to generate a synergistic effect, so that the lactobacillus paracasei SFFI J85 and/or the lactobacillus fermentarius SFFI 12 have wide application prospects in the fields of food, medicine raw materials and the like. 本发明属于微生物技术领域,具体涉及一株产吲哚衍生物的乳杆菌及其应用。经实验证实,本发明提供的副干酪乳杆菌(Lactobacillus paracasei)SFFI J85和/或发酵乳杆菌(Lactobacillus fermentans)SFFI 12,不仅能够发酵生产吲哚衍生物,且能够有效缓解结肠炎,同时联合Trp产生协同作用,从而在作为食品以及药品原料等领域中具有广阔的应用前景。
