Preparation method of conductive self-repairing coating on surface of aluminum shielding tape

The invention discloses a preparation method of a conductive self-repairing coating on the surface of an aluminum shielding tape, which comprises the following steps: firstly, obtaining a clean surface of the aluminum shielding tape through an in-situ reduction/etching pretreatment method based on an aluminum salt/villiaumite compound solution; secondly, preparing a conductive/repairing double-effect reinforcing agent, introducing the reinforcing agent into a conductive/self-repairing coating synthesized from polyether amine, diisocyanate, a multi-active amine compound, terephthalaldehyde and aniline, finally adjusting the solid content of the coating, and spraying the coating on the surface of the clean aluminum shielding tape to obtain a conductive self-repairing coating; the Al2O3 film on the aluminum surface is converted and utilized to form new Al, meanwhile, a regularly-arranged porous structure is constructed, the bonding strength of the film layer is improved, and the adaptability and self-repairing e
